What if I lose my tickets?
Contact the McKinley Box Office. A voucher will be issued for the seat location of the original subscription ticket.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Ticket refunds and exchanges are not available. However, unused tickets may be returned to the box office prior to the show in exchange for a receipt which entitles you to a tax deduction.
What services and seats are available for special needs?
The Vern Riffe Center for the Arts is completely wheelchair accessible. There is wheelchair seating in both the lower and upper tiers. If you have a special need such as an end-of-the-row seat or a handicapped accessible seat, please inform the McKinley Box Office at the time you purchase your tickets. You can also indicate a special need on the ticket order form.
Large-sized-type programs are available for most concerts. Please see an usher for assistance.
Children under the age of three (3) and babes in arms are not permitted. For Kahl Theatre performances, children under the age of seven (7) are not permitted. All attendees must have a ticket.
While warnings about age appropriateness will often be noted online and in printed material, it is the responsibility of parents and guardians to research and judge whether the content of a performance is appropriate for their children.
How do I volunteer?
