Scioto Rhythm
“Scioto Rhythm” by artist Mel Fisher is found in the Crum Lobby on the 3rd floor of the Vern Riffe Center. It is said to tie together the image of the shimmer of the Scioto River and the concept of the sound and music produced in the Center.
